In addition, I incorporate Organic movement techniques inspired by Ido Portal, promoting natural movement and encouraging us to think outside the box regarding our body’s capabilities. This approach helps clients evolve in their movement patterns, expanding their physical potential and self-awareness.
My passion for meditation is integral to my practice, helping clients cultivate mindfulness and inner peace and focus alongside physical fitness. As an ambassador for Open-a platform dedicated to breathwork, meditation, and movement practice-I integrate these elements to enhance overall well-being.
