A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT ME...
Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.
I’ve been helping clients from all over the world with their fitness journey since 2016. As a fully qualified and accredited Fitness Coach, I firmly believe in the positive benefits fitness brings to all areas of our lives.
And that's why I've created Ethellia Fitness.
It's a project that I take care of with the help of my husband.
The goal is to develop an awareness of healthy movement, that it is not necessary to be a proffesional athlete, but simply to move and enjoy the movement. Whether it's walking, skipping, running, fitness, swimming, yoga, etc.
Movement is an expression of self-love, respect for ourselves and our body, which we have only one and it is necessary to feel good in it.
The @ethelliafitness project is patented and that was our commitment to the project as proof that we are serious about it. Just like with our body.
Healthy body is healthy mind. That is also our goal. The human psyche goes through various phases of joy, rest, but also stress and sadness. Exercise is a tool that helps maintain good physical health but also mental well-being.
Let's take care of our body and our mind. We both have only one in our lives and we deserve to feel good.
